　　学费要在3月3号以前交,我没信用卡现在办也来不急了申请要时间还在国内不能 IN PERSON 现在能做 cheque 或别的什么法子么?

　　BPAY your fees over the internet or by phone. Please contact your participating bank or financial institution to make a
